Afterpay is now available for New Zealand, Canadian and US customers. If I get approved for VAT payments UK customers will be able to use Afterpay as well.
Paypal and Stripe (pay by direct card) are also options. My preferred payment is Stripe as it charges me less fees :)

Please be aware that I only ship out once a week unless Express postage is purchased.
All doll orders are usually sent with AusPost. Orders over $100 will require a signature on delivery. All parcels should be received within 7 -10 business days of shipping. When your doll is shipped I will notify you with a tracking number. Stickers and prints are not always tracked as send them via letter mail not parcel. If you do not receive your doll in 14 days or the shipping status has not changed for a few days please contact us ASAP. Express shipping is now an option!
Countries charging VAT: I have applied to pay VAT so hopefully soon we will have a solution that gives everyone a fair chance at adopting a doll directly from this site. If you wish to purchase a doll and your country is not supported in the shipping options please contact me and I can create a custom listing for you on another platform that VAT can be applied to. On adoption day this will be an option 30 minutes after the update is live. Just contact me and we can make arrangements.
Delivery worldwide is usually between 9-20 business days. If you do not receive your doll in 20 days or the shipping status has not changed for a few days please contact us ASAP. If express shipping is required please contact us. Please note that express international shipping from Australia is quite expensive as we live on an island! All international packages are sent via AusPost: Standard. All packages are tracked.
All returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. As each doll is lovingly handmade I do not send out faulty dolls. I do not send a replacement doll as they are one of a kind. Please contact us for steps in this process if you have an issue. Please note we don't cover shipping or import fees on returns and we do not refund the original shipping charges to you.
The doll must be in its original packaging if it is returned. A refund may be issued once the doll has come back to the studio and is reviewed.
If your unique doll needs a repair after the 30 day period we offer a doll hospital service. Fees may apply depending on the circumstances as our dolls are art dolls and intended for display purposes only.
Custom orders are closed but I would like a custom doll.
Unfortunately I can not offer a "back-burner" list anymore. I will post in advance when custom orders will open again on my Instagram page.
How do I keep my doll in perfect condition?
Our dolls are intended for display purposes only. As they are made of felt if they are handled often they can easily get dirty. We recommend keeping your doll in a glass cabinet if you can, or dusting it regularly. A lint roller can gently be used if it gets pet fur ect on it. However, sometimes they get fluffy when you do this, you can very carefully with small scissors trim off this extra fluff. If your doll does get a spot of dirt on it use a baby wipe or damp paper towel to very gently spot clean. Do not ever saturate your doll, it will become misshaped, VERY pilled and fluffy.
